Fixed Annual Schedule
A number of our clients require a fixed, recurring exterior cleaning schedule which we manage entirely from our CRM system. An annual contract outlines the services required, schedule and billing plan and alleviates the hassle of managing individual cleaning visits for multiple properties.
Typically businesses, property managers or maintenance teams use this service and we’re always happy to arrange site visits of a clients’ property or London portfolio to put together a quote and schedule.
Our minimum contract term is 12 months and we can be flexible on payment terms.
